We may collect the following information when you use the Platform:
Helpers may upload a profile selfie. Admins may mark an account’s verification or trust status for platform safety.
YeshMishu does not use a third-party KYC vendor and does not collect government-issued ID documents through the app for automated identity verification.
Verification or trust labels do not guarantee the behavior, honesty, or safety of any user.
Payments between seekers and helpers are generally arranged off the Platform (for example Bit, PayBox, or cash). YeshMishu does not store card numbers and does not process peer-to-peer card payments in the app.
Users may store preferred private payout or payment method kinds (such as Bit phone details) for convenience. Platform-related fees, when enabled, are handled separately and may use secure payment infrastructure; fee collection may be disabled during certain launch periods.
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect payment-related preferences; no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Location is collected only with your permission and while the app is in the foreground (when in use), for Discover, home-area setup, and matching. You can deny or revoke location permission in system settings; some features may then rely on a saved home area or be limited.
We do not track your location in the background.
Users are responsible for content they post or share, including task descriptions, messages, images, and reviews.
You can report inappropriate content or users through the in-app Report flow. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate our Terms or policies.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their own accounts and credentials.
We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud.
After account deletion, we may retain limited records where required (for example completed-task financial or dispute records, or security logs) in anonymized or minimized form where practical.
You can delete your account from the app Settings (Delete account). Deletion cancels eligible open activity, removes or anonymizes personal profile data, and disables login, subject to the retention exceptions above. Active assignments may need to be finished or cancelled before deletion can complete.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to access or correct your data, or withdraw consent for certain processing.

YeshMishu is intended for users aged 16 and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age. We may reject registration if the date of birth you provide indicates you are under 16.
If required by local law, users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian permission before using the Platform. Some task categories may have additional age or verification restrictions.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their accounts and reporting unauthorized access.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material updates are reflected in the “Last updated” date and legal version recorded at acceptance.
